Contemporary dance teacher, Pilates method and dance support techniques. Trained as a dancer, she further studied Pilates and dance in London at Roehampton University, The Place LCDS and the Rambert School. Over the course of his ten-year career she collaborated as a teacher with prestigious schools such as Danceworks & Pineapple Dance Studios, London, Center de Danse du Marais, Paris and Scuola Balletto di Roma, Rome, following the dancers in their training. Since 2022 he has participated as a teacher at MOVE IT “The World’s biggest dance Event” in London, teaching specific Pilates classes for dancers. Graduated in Exercise Sciences, certified in comprehensive Pilates, pre & postnatal, diastasis recti recovery, Pink Ribbon Program & CETI Cancer Exercise. Elide is also a SID Operator and certified with the Zena Rommett Foundation in New York; since 2018 she has been teaching dance support techniques, collaborating with Balletto di Roma since October 2023.
