Born in Florence, Fiamma Balzano was trained in her hometown then continued her studies, graduating from the Accademia Teatro alla Scala in Milan, where she danced in various performances including: “Nutcracker” and “Cinderella” (Frédéric Olivieri), “Gaite Parisienne” (Maurice Béjart) and “Bayadere” also at the Teatro alla Scala. During his studies he enriched his training through summer internships and scholarships at the Wiener Staatsoper ballett akademie (Vienna), English National Ballet School (London), Elmhurst Ballet School (Birmingham), Accademia Teatro San Carlo (Naples), Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und darstellende kunst (Mannheim), Conservatorio profesional de dansa (Valencia) and Académie Princesse Grace (Monte Carlo). Immediately after graduation he continued his professional career at the National Moravian Silesian Theater in Ostrava where he danced many classical, neoclassical and contemporary productions (in solo roles and as a dance corp du ballet) including “Coppelia” by Giorgio Madia, Le Corsaire” by Michel Bejar, “Mahler’s Memories” by Jo Stromgren, “Conséquence” by Juanjo Arqués, “Dangerous Liaisons” by Krzysztof Pastor, “” by Michal Stipa, “Rossini Cards” by Mauro Bigonzetti, “Nutcracker” by Youri Vamos and “Hora” by Ohad Naharin. After three years he continues his professional career in Brussels in the Brussels City Ballet company where he dances “Snow White” choreographed by director Aki Nishio playing the main role, “Figures in Trav’lin lights” again in the main role choreographed by Aki Nishio and “Premium Ballet Gala” dancing “Paquita” with international guests including Jessica Xuan, Sho Yamada, Melissa Chapaki, Elisabetta Formento at the Royal Theater la Monnaie. She joined the cast of Balletto di Roma in June 2024.
